Had the last of the Lankashire hotpot for lunch, it just gets better and better. Will definitely cook this again.
With Easter over it was time to harvest some of those chocolate egg laying rodents. Tonights dinner EFR (Essex fried rabbit) this is the bunny equivalent of KFC and we usually have trouble convincing people that it’s not chicken!
