Agness: Day 5

8th April, 2013 —   

We had a busy morning in town. By the time we got everything done we were famished so we grabbed a burger from the local hamburger shop.

For dinner we tried a new recipe, Lancashire hotpot. This is layers of potato, onion and lamb (we also added a layer of zucchini and eggplant) covered in stock and cooked in the oven. We didn’t start real early so dinner was quite late but it was awesome. We’ll definitely do this again, but start a little earlier.
