Agness: Day 3

4th April, 2013 —   

Today the challenge gets a little more serious, we had 10 people for lunch. BBQed butterflied leg of home grown lamb, baby potatoes, tomatoes and spring onion and salad greens from the garden.

 

The night was a bit chilly, the wood stove was on – stew time. Home grown lamb neck chops, potatoes, zuchinni, green pepper mopped up with the last of the sourdough rolls. We did cheat with a splash of white wine and some dried peas.
