Our challenge for the week is to try to eat entirely from the farm. We didn’t really start the challenge until Monday night, being Easter Monday we had our traditional family brunch which my mother prepared.
Monday night dinner is always a pretty lazy affair and usually involves thawing something we cooked a whole heap of for just this purpose. Tonight was no different; beef Rendang with homegrown chuck. We did cheat with the rice though (and an after dinner easter egg).
