What's it all about?
We are Beekeepers with a vision of bringing bees back to the city and the suburbs of Melbourne. Our aim is to be part of the greater world wide effort to help save the honey bee from the various threats of disease and human habitation.
Concerned by a growing sense of disconnection between food production and consumption and inspired by hundred year old practices in Europe, we began a mission to bring back the bees by firstly maintaining healthy bees & harvesting limited amounts of honey on inner city rooftops & around Melbourne. The honey is bottled in jars according to the suburb where the hive is & sold wholesale, at distribution spots, retail outlets & online.
